The total cost of the EB3 program for the Delivery Driver Position is $25,000

$5,000 is due upon signing of the contract

$20,000 is due when the Labor Certification is approved (Refer to the procedure here (link to 2B) to understand the procedure.

All the fees required for the applicant's immediate family that qualifies for the benefits will be paid by the applicant separately.

Failure to pay any amount due will result in the Employer discontinuing the process or revoking the approved petition.

There are no refunds. If there is an issue, we will restart the process again.
